Due to a display issue, the Ultra Texture Pack - or High Res Texture Pack, despite the slightly different name, we are talking about the same content - could be shown as Not Installed when you browse the Premium content in your game.
One very simple way to check if the content is actually installed is to check in your display settings:

- Navigate to the Quality tab on the upper side of the window.
- Scroll down to Texture Resolution.
If you have the option to select Ultra, your High Res / Ultra Texture Pack is correctly installed.
If you don't have the option, the pack is indeed not installed. To install it, in Uplay:
